Shannon L. K. Welch
Shannon Welch has nearly 15 years of experience successfully representing clients in many areas of civil litigation.
Although most of her practice is dedicated to litigation matters, Ms. Welch is also trained in collaborative law, and has previously served as a director and officer of the Global Collaborative Law Council. Ms. Welch graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Southern Methodist University in 1993, and from the University of Texas School of Law in 1997. Ms. Welch will receive her Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University in May 2012.
Ms. Welch is a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation. She is also a member of the Probate, Trusts & Estates, Tort & Insurance Practice, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Collaborative Law sections of the Dallas Bar Association, and the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the State Bar of Texas. She is also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
