T. Wesley Holmes
After two decades of courtroom experience, Wes Holmes has long been recognized as a premier probate trial lawyer. He has also enjoyed considerable success in several other types of civil litigation.
Mr. Holmes has been selected for inclusion in Texas Super Lawyers® for the years 2006, 2007 and 2011; a distinction for which only five percent of Texas attorneys are selected annually. He is an AV-rated lawyer licensed to practice law in Texas and Arkansas. He has tried cases and handled appeals in numerous state and federal courts, and has represented clients in commercial arbitrations. Mr. Holmes received a bachelor of arts from Baylor University in 1986. He then received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Holmes is a member of the Probate, Trusts & Estates and Business Litigation sections of the Dallas Bar Association, and the Litigation and Probate Trust Law and Real Estate sections of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Holmes also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Covenant School in Dallas.
